2005, ah I remember it well. This year I started putting my photos up on the internet for the benefit of all our members. I'd been a member of the group for some years, and the arrival of a digitial camera suddenly made it possible to keep a record of what we were doing, cheaply and easily. That's the photography, not the work....

This is very much just for our own benefit - unlike a "blog" which is meant for public consumption. That's why it's full of insults and in-jokes, and a bit short on explanation. Over the last couple of years this record has developed a small following of non-members (which is very gratifying) and in response to this, I've gradually started making more explanations of what we're doing and why.
